Walls
To eliminate infamous "popped" seams we construct our wall assemblies on a horizontal table which allows us to use gravity to assist in the bonding process rather than adversely effect it.
Roofs
Every roof is designed to work as an integral part of the overall strength of our trailers. By utilizing our proprietary extruded roof edge with welded corners and a single piece skin we have created a superior roof that that is leak-proof.
Doors
Nothing is used more on a trailer than its doors and that's why every Heron trailer utilizes our proprietary extrusions that creates a door that is proven to last.
Frames
Heron Trailer starts with framework made with high strength A-Grade steel that minimizes deflection and maximizes trailer longevity.
